Anemia can cause various symptoms like the formation of wrinkles and white hair to affect the normal life of people. If women are attacked by anemia, the symptoms can be rather serious. In order to prevent anemia and defer the aging, women should make full use of some ways to nourish the blood. Generally speaking, five ways can help women nourish the blood.

First, women should keep optimistic in daily life. Being optimistic can not only strengthen the physical immunity to various diseases, but also improve the mental health. At the same time, it can improve the hematopoiesis of marrow inside the human bones so as to make the skin glossy and elastic. Therefore, women should always keep happy.

Second, women should take exercises moderately. Women can choose some suitable exercises like dancing and jogging to enhance the physical strength and improve the hematopoiesis. Because of the physical constitution, women can take exercises for 30 minutes each day.

Third, women should keep adequate sleep in everyday life. Adequate sleep can provide essential energy and physical strength for women to maintain the normal activities. Therefore, it is necessary for women to live in a scientific way. They should form good living habits and quit smoking and drinking. At the same time, women should not stay up late. They should also not conduct sexual intercourse during the menstruation.

Fourth, women can increase the intake of the foods which contain protein, trace elements, folic acid and vitamin B12. The nutrients like protein and folic acid are the essential materials of hematopoiesis inside the human body. In order to maintain the normal hematopoiesis, people should frequently eat suitable foods. These foods mainly include animal liver, fish, soy bean products, black sesame, and fresh vegetables and so on.

Fifth, women can nourish the blood by taking the traditional Chinese medicines. For example, women can cook 20 grams of edible fleece-flower root, 20 grams of medlar, 60 grams of rice and 15 grams of red jujube with a moderate amount of brown sugar into porridge which can effectively supplement blood for the human body.

In addition, women should find out the real reasons of causing anemia. Many diseases can also cause anemia, such as hemorrhoids and ulcer of the digestive tract. It is necessary for women to go to hospital for check so as to find out the disease and accept medical treatment in time. In daily life, women should prevent abortion which can consume a large amount of blood to induce anemia.
