Sodium Bicarbonate is a white crystal or fine opaque monoclinic crystal. Weight 2.15g. Odorless, taste salty, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Sodium Bicarbonate solution was slightly alkaline due to hydrolysis, heat and decompose easily, rapidly decomposed in more than 65 ℃ at 270 ℃ completely lost when carbon dioxide, no change in dry air, humid air in slow decomposition. Sodium Bicarbonate solubility of 7.8g, 18 °C; 16.0g, 60 °C.
